Maternidad La Luz is located approximately 7.5 miles from the El Paso International
Airport which is served by most major Airlines. Taxis are readily available
at the airport and should cost approximately $16.00 for the trip to the center.
There is also an Amtrak train station and a Greyhound bus station each of which
are approximately 2.5 miles from the center. The cab fare to the center would
be approximately $7.00.
Driving From Tucson and points West:
From Interstate 10 East, Take exit number 19- toward TX-20/Downtown/Convention Center. Turn right onto N Mesa/ TX-20. Turn left onto TX-20/Texas Ave. Turn right onto Brown St. Turn left onto Magoffin
Ave, and Maternidad La Luz is located on the south side of the street at 1308
Magoffin Ave.
Driving From Texas cities and points East:
From Interstate 10 West, Take exit number 20- toward Cotton Street. Turn left
on N Cotton. Turn right onto TX-20/Texas Ave. Turn left onto Brown St. Turn
left onto Magoffin Ave, and Maternidad La Luz is located on the south side of
the street at 1308 Magoffin Ave.
Driving from Alamogordo, NM and points northeast:
Take Interstate 54 South (Patriot Freeway) to the I-10 West exit in El Paso.
From Interstate 10 West, Take exit number 20- toward Cotton Street. Turn left
on N Cotton. Turn right onto TX-20/Texas Ave. Turn left onto Brown St. Turn
left onto Magoffin Ave, and Maternidad La Luz is located on the south side of
the street at 1308 Magoffin Ave.
Driving from Albuquerque, NM and points north:
Take Interstate 25 South to the I-10 East exit in Las Cruces. From Interstate
10 East, Take exit number 19- toward TX-20/Downtown/Convention Center. Turn
right onto N Mesa/ TX-20. Turn left onto TX-20/Texas Ave. Turn right onto Brown
St. Turn left onto Magoffin Ave, and Maternidad La Luz is located on the south
side of the street at 1308 Magoffin Ave.
Manejando desde Chihuahua y puntos al sur:
Para llegar al puente de Cordova (Libre) desde la entrada a Cd. Juarez, viniendo
de Chihuahua, hay que permanecer en la carretera panamericana con rumbo de sur
a norte.
La carretera Panamericana luego se convierte en la Ave. Tecnologico (a la altura
del Tecnologico de Cd. Juarez) y al llegar al area de San Lorenzo, hace curva
hacia la izquierda, convirtiendose en la Av. Paseo Triunfo de la Republica,
ahora con orientacion este-oeste.
Continuar por la Paseo Triunfo, hasta llegar a la av. de las Americas. Algunas
de las calles principales que va a encontrar antes de la Av. de las Americas
son: (en orden de aparicion) Av. del Charro, Calle Plutarco Elias Calles, Adolfo
de la Huerta, Av. Lopez Mateos, Av. de las Americas. Justo en el crucero de
Paseo Triunfo y Americas, la Paseo Triunfo cambia otra vez de nombre, y se convierte
en Av. 16 de Septiembre, esta calle lo llevaria directo al area centro, en caso
de que permaneciera en ella.
Dar vuelta a la derecha en la Av. de las Americas y seguir con direccion sur-norte
hasta que dicha avenida hace un entronque con la Av. Abraham Lincoln, tomar
la Av. Lincoln hacia la izquierda (es la unica opcion) y seguir la curva, en
lo que es la llegada al area del parque chamizal. Casi al final de la curva,
usted vuelve a estar en la av. de las americas. siga derecho hasta llegar al
puente.
Tome la autopista I-10 oeste hacia la calle Cotton y da vuelta a la derecha
en la calle Cotton. Continúa hasta llegar al calle Texas y da vuelta
a la derecha. Continúa hasta llegar al calle Brown y da vuelta a la izquierda.
Continúa hasta llegar al calle Magoffin y da vuelta a la izquierda. Estamos
en 1308 Magoffin.
